What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service interest, and message you submit. That information is sent directly to the salon owner so we can respond to you. We do not run analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers on this site.
When you book online with us, the booking widget is provided by our scheduling partner. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We only retain the appointment details required to deliver your service — your name, contact info, the service you booked, and any notes you share.
How we use it
Strictly to reply to your inquiry, schedule appointments, and — if you opt in at the salon — to send occasional service or promotional messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.
Cookies
This website uses a single first-party cookie to remember your light/dark theme preference. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.
Your choices
You can request that we delete any contact information you've shared with us by emailing ghs@helloglamhouse.com. We'll confirm within a reasonable window.
Booking & cancellation
We hold your appointment with a card on file. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling — late changes and no-shows may incur a 50% fee.
All color, extension, and chemical-service guests receive a complimentary consultation before booking — required so we can quote accurately.
More than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to keep the rest of the day on track.
